As I said, missteps. We all make them as parents. Hell, as humans. As a parent, it's a judgment call when to back off and when to push. When you have a child with any special needs, it's that much more challenging. When you blame others for how you feel, or you blame everything on your stutter, you're preventing yourself from moving forward and growing.
