>It reinforced my belief that I can speak fluently and with ease You said: "It reinforced my belief that I can speak fluently and with ease" \> Question: How can one reinforce belief that one can speak fluently with ease? In my opinion, if I doubt my fluency then I try to convince myself that I can speak fluently. Sometimes it works (I get influenced/convinced) and the result is that I don't stutter anymore, but other times I don't observe my thought "I doubt my fluency" so the result is that I stutter. I experience stuttering, because I'm not trying to remove my unconscious doubt (that I cannot speak fluently). What is your tips?
