That's a great story and thanks for sharing. I'd rather be homeless (joking) than attempt a receptionist job so that speaks volumes on your part. That reminds me of the phrase, "Break them down, then build them back up." On your speaking presentation, did you read out loud from a piece of paper? I've noticed sometimes I barely stutter if I'm reading something out loud.
