Stuttering and working

Stuttering and working Hi everyone. Does anyone have issues with their stutter at work? I hate it because I have a problem talking in public so I either talk whispering or not really at all. So interacting with customers is hard. Dealing with customers, I have to ask a lot of questions. Having my problem, I don't. (I try, but I end up blocking or stuttering). So I get a few "observation reports". They said if I keep getting them it's going to be a problem. Any help?
