My chest hurts everytime i stutter

My chest hurts everytime i stutter This has happened for years. But i feel that if this continues longer, it will really mess up my chest. So i reduced how much i talk unfortunately. The heavy pressure to get out a single word from my mouth really messes me up. Anyone that can relate?
