Self pity aint going to get you anywhere. You're young so its the perfect time for you to get an attitude. Dont take shit, dont be a pushover, dont give a fuck what others think..build up your self confidence. If someone starts talking while your talking tell them to stfu. As for your dad it sucks but you dont get to choose your parents. My dad used to mock my stutter and made me go to the room when his friends came over. He apologised later in life and i accepted cause i realised i over estimated his intelligence and his behaviour and ignorance stemmed mostly from him being a dumbarse.
