I personally prefer to disclose it before a date to allow myself to be more at ease, so I don't have to deal with them discovering it in person. Everyone seemed to cool about me telling them, so I wouldn't stress! I usually try to bring it up naturally, but most of times I flat out let them know before meeting up. (I'll dm you what I usually say)
