Yea, I'm glad that others are not experiencing what I have. It's given me a lot of rot on the inside for a long time. It's gotten better over the years though, but the rot is still there. I know I'm worth the promotions. I worked very hard, long hours, and I believe that I've always done a professional job. I really don't like being judged for something I can't help.
