Try to get this similar feeling or sensation but without actually word-substituting, just say the initial planned words. It doesn't feel like re-trying the word anymore. It's like a confident voice. Make this a habit * In other words, morph the word into a fluent different version * don't push your luck * learn to recognize when you enter a stutter state, like relying on tension
