**"Or any medication, supplemants or drugs that have helped?"** I suggest not to use medication or devices as they reinforce reassurance-seeking. **"What has helped you to minimize stutter?"** Observe your mindset for any thoughts or feelings that lead to justifying compulsion (for example fear, anticipation or positive thoughts that hold on to the stutter cycle). While observing, learn that the triggers are not fearful, true and your true intentions. For example, if you observe a stutter feeling then learn that your instinct put this trigger in your mindset because of inhibited neurons (neurological) without a goal or meaning. Learn that there is no point in giving importance to the trigger (i.e. negative/positive evaluation or probability of a stutter). Learn that there is no point to react to this trigger by doing fight or flight response, secondary behavior or overthinking.
