Recently I was also thinking if I have in my brain the ability to persuade myself like with a negative autosuggestion that I will not say something, therefore I must also have the ability to persuade myself by positive suggestions that I will say it. At home we can repeat to ourselves the perceived word we cannot say many times until we can say it and therefore demonstrate it positively to our mind. Now I'm also thinking that when I'm with a good friend, feeling my negative anticipation and then not saying the word fluently, then I will repeat the word several time like for fun and practice. I did it yesterday and told my friend with a smile that I'm practicing. It's cute and friends would not mind but the opposite. They would feel they are helpful just let us repeat a word with a smile on our face. I think that people are curious and like to see other people experimenting with something 👍🤙
