yup, have been managing my stuttering pretty well for past 5 years or so. The thing is, in my opinion, there's no one or two or 10 tricks and techniques. The first step is changing your mindset and your relationship with your stutter (not seeing stuttering as negative event, using your anxiety about stuttering to your advantage to make your mind stronger, etc.). Then you start getting curious about your stutter, experimenting with it, finding a way of speaking that is fluid and comfortable, putting yourself gradually in stutter-provoking situation, and applying this new way of speaking over and over until it becomes second nature. The problem is, 95% of PWS that I've worked with in the past are unwilling or too afraid to do the first step - to change their mindset. I think this is a crucial first step, and this is why most people fail!
