I feel your pain. If I need to contact support, I'll see if they have a chat app instead. It's just easier. But sometimes you just gotta deal with the phone. For instance, I just had to make a phone call to a business that I went to yesterday to inform them that I just tested positive for COVID. That had all the trappings of a bad call for a stutterer: it was a call to a business, people you don't know, a sensitive subject, lots of words that I usually block on. But I got through it and feel proud or at least glad that I did it.
