I have one short song and the whole lyrics is "that was not the end of sentence. let me finish. let me finish." I cannot get rid of my blocks. So I do some voluntary blocks in the middle of some words to make myself and listeners get desensitized to my type of stutter. And when they still interrupt me in the middle of my involuntary blocks, I sing that song. I don't usually have to dance to it, but with a particularly bad chronic interrupter, I dance to it, I even start with a clap. When I clap, the chronic interrupter finally stops talking. When I start dancing, everybody's attention is back on me.
