I don’t take offence when people laugh at me in public

I don’t take offence when people laugh at me in public I went to the supermarket to buy 6 prawn skewers from the fresh seafood section. There was a lady in her 50s behind the counter. I stuttered for about 20 seconds, and she struggled to understand what I was trying to say. Picture me standing there with my eyes closed and a tense face, unable to speak for 20 seconds . At first, she couldn't help but laugh, but I could see she was trying to hold it back. Honestly, I didn't get upset. I put myself in her shoes—she wasn't prepared for this situation, and there were two men waiting to order who were looking at her. It felt like she was the one being judged, not me. It's 2023, and thankfully people are more educated about disabilities here in Australia. And honestly I have a mindset of moving on quickly, so it didn't bother me to be laughed at in that moment. Of course, being constantly made fun of by the same person would be different.
