No, I saw it. Even if everyone has the same "we were born this way and we don't know why" your post makes a lot of assumptions. I truly understand your intent behind this, a lot of us have gone through desperate "there HAS to be an answer, a way for me to stop" times, but this post is harmful. Everyone stutters for different reasons, again, even if they were born this way. The cause for stuttering is still not known (though you can find many articles that say there is a reason, and all those reasons differ). You can't rule out "brain impairments." We have panicked parents on this sub who have kids stuttering for the first time and need help. This post is not helpful and can lead them down the wrong path. Can you share your speech therapy qualifications to determine what someone's cause is? Or, share the studies you followed that back this up?
