I know how you must feel, but take this from me: I tried many ways to think about stuttering, speaking slowly, checking my breathing, but you know what... Just don't care for it. When you don't think about it, you won't stutter. I will say that once more: when you stop thinking about it, you won't stutter. I can't even start to tell you how much this helped me. When you want to say something the next time, focus on one object in your vision. This sounds really absurd, but focus on it so much and just start talking. You will be surprised with the fluency of your speech.
