Tbh you should just focus on getting the right skills and building your resume. Don't think about the speech issue too much. In interviews just stay calm and speak slowly and smile a lot. I have seen that smiling makes me stutter less. Think that you're the best candidate they can get and have a lot of confidence. If you have the qualifications for the role then you'll automatically get confidence. Lol also pls do a lot of leetcode. That's something i didn't know about until placements started.
