Hey, keep your head up. The therapist isn't there to fix the problem. The therapist is there to teach you strategies on how YOU can improve it. Repeating the same exercises may seem like a waste of time, but keep going - you'll get there eventually. Have some faith and patience. Outside of this, try and ask the therapist if there are other strategies that you might be able to try. Look into the Westmead program, I'd recommend this. God bless you.
