And you clearly retreat into insults. A victim mindset would blame someone else for their problems. As I'm sure you are aware I'm advocating doing everything one can to be the best that one can (with or without a Stammer). Telling someone to "stop worrying" is useless. That's saying "there is nothing I can do to improve my situation". What you are advocating (likely completely unawares) is very close to 'learnt helplessness'. For every stammerer there IS something we can do to make our lives easier as speakers. It could be habituating to anxiety provoking speaking situations, it could using a behaviour or cognitive technique that increases eloquence. Ultimately it does not matter what we do as long as we never give in to despair or pretend that it is by divine providence that we stammer. No matter how much or little we stammer we can improve out verbal skills. Fluency? Unlikely. Functional? Definitely. How's that for victim mindset?
