He couldn't say his name at the audition but sung like an angel. then he sought help through the Mcguire Program, and at the next episode of the show he could speak very well. many people thought he was making up his stutter for sympathy because of the quick change. he appeared on daytime TV and that's how my mum knew about it. I don't know about you, but I was always able to sing without stammering and it frustrated me! The course explained how when we sing we already know the word we are going to say and take a deep breath before singing to time with the beat/melody of the song. that is the basic premise of the course, as well as non-avoidance and confronting difficult conversations like phone calls.
