SLP here. Yes, ADHD meds can impact stuttering. It's different for every person, but I have worked with a lot of people for whom ADHD meds exacerbate disfluency. It's a crappy trade off - do you want to be able to focus, or able to speak more easily? It can be worth talking to your doctor to try a different prescription and see if that has a lesser or neutral effect on your speech, while still addressing the ADHD side as intended.
