I'm in my first year and I've got the exact same issue as you. Please go to the interview. Please. It will only be good for you. Even if you don't get the job, that's more real interview experience under your belt. I'd also recommend telling the interviewer that you have a stutter right off the bat. This will take some pressure off of you and it'll let the interviewer know that you aren't stuttering because you're quaking in your boots but because you have a stutter (even if you are really nervous). Good luck man. It's a fucking grind but it's really nice once you're done.
