Does anybody else stutters on paper?

Does anybody else stutters on paper? Basically the title Does any one have letters or numbers that when you are writing them it feels like stuttering, likenyou freeze before writing this particular letter. For me it's the letter "S" and the number "3" mostly. Also when I am writing something for myself or there is no body around me it's perfectly fine, but when I write for an exam for example or people are watching me then this happens. I also stutter normally but I didn't know it can affect my handwriting.
