Great advice - be open about it before interview. Better dont apply to a call centre, cashier, salesman etc. I honestly dont know if being open about it would help - I mean sure it can cause less stress but people have no idea what stuttering is and assume bad traits with it. Like I once got phone interview stuttered and got ghosted. Only 1 women told straight that her son have it to so she know it. Then some women asked about it I told honestly then still got ghosted. You should be also ready to ghosted by ableism.
