I'm not sure if I'm comprehending the core question. Stutter is caused by misfirings in the brain. (Broca's and Wernicke's, I think). The speech muscles themselves are fine and functional in PWS. So what's required? Something to fix the misfirings, whether it's training and conditioning or prescriptions like levetiracetam or olanzapine.
