I used to be like this, but realized that it's so mentally exhausting to switch on this mode whenever I want to speak and to react to switching words on the fly. I just stutter and say what I want instead of mentally calculating filler words. I'm not saying it's *wrong* to do this, but for me it's no longer worth the mental stress and exhaustion.
