Xanex completely cured my stammer. It's not something I use on a daily basis for obvious reasons. I believe my stammer is anxiety based, I trip up on words and get 'stuck' mid sentences. It feels like my mouth can't keep up with my brain. Taking 1mg of Xanex before social or stressful events allowed me to communicate fluently.
