How can I stop this minor stutter

How can I stop this minor stutter I am 17 and I have a minor stutter. It’s only on the first word of a sentence and it is one-3 stutters before I get it out. It has completely ruined my confidence and I can’t talk. Some days it is really good and I talk to many people with no problems but on some days it is horrible and I can’t talk. I feel like it is giving me two different personalities since some days I avoid talking. Anyone have a way to treat or fix this
