I didn’t say the words I blocked on, I just had to THINK of me blocking in order for that feeling in your chest to pop up. So think of you blocking, and when you have that nervous feeling in your chest, try to hold onto that feeling and not let it go away, and then do the therapy. The more times you’ll do it, you’ll notice that the anxiety associated with stuttering slowly goes away.
