So I have kinda developed a few things to be less noticeable. - Carry a pen and click it when you need - Rapidly tense and relase your stomach while speaking. - Keep your hand in your pocket and tap your thigh from the pocket. -This one's hard to explain, but bend your knees to a rythem kinda like you have to pee really bad. - If you are standing at a table or desk, basically pretend to play bongos as you talk. - Put hands on the back of your head like you're stretching and tap your head. This sometimes helps so much and sometimes seems to do nothing, but these are just what i have done over the years.
