propranolol helps me Hello everyone, I've been testing a lot over the past few weeks to reduce my stuttering. Today I tested propranolol. I have to say, it does a lot for me. My stutter hasn't gone away, but it has greatly reduced. I'm less afraid to speak. What I have noticed is that I speak more slowly and clearly, which means I stutter less. Is that actually a big problem for us? We speak too fast and then stutter?
