I'm a bit late since I don't visit that often but I wanna chime in on the stopping stuttering part. I think it is more useful to approach speech as something that is not on or off, but something that is better or worse. Even the best public speakers will get the words wrong or fuck up, even the best tennis players will fuck up their serve sometimes. In tennis, when someone on the other court hits the top of the net with their serve a clear sound is made. I find it funny that this sound is seldom played once. When one hits that part of the net, people on other courts will tend to do the same. Kind of like that psychology thing with the dogs and food when a bell rings. Anyhow, you react to the eyebrows and your mind probably goes bananas. Be mindful of what you feel and how you react both mentally and physically. Awareness is key.
