There was a post a day or two ago that I don't want to take credit for, so if someone wants to credit in a reply please do so, but the TL;DR of some of it seemed to be not to power through the word, but rather to backtrack a few words and try the phrase over. This has helped for me sometimes as well. Gives me a chance to smooth out the transition from the previous to the next, rather than starting that 1 word over and over.
