Alternative ways to say thank you

Alternative ways to say thank you I personally have a hard time saying th words like thank you. So I’m wondering if there are any alternatives to saying thank you. There are times that I tried to say thank you but it literally won’t come out of my mouth and I feel so rude and ashamed whenever I can’t thank someone.
