My and multiple other speech therapist told me multiple of times that there’s no cure or permanent fix to speech impediment/stuttering. My current state is they I cannot really do much about it, but I do realize that around my small friend group, I almost do not stutter at all. But when I’m with family, small conversation with a random person, presenting, or just anything else besides talking with a small friend group of people, I cannot even say a simple sentence without stuttering every word. So far I’m just trying my best to speak more and engage in small talk to help my speech impediment/stuttering.
