I'm new to this sub, but this video took me back! These tricks are amazingly effective and straight out of the type of speech therapy I received 10+ years ago, called the "Precision Fluency Shaping Program". We'd have called this using the speech targets of "Full Breath", "Gentle Onset" and "Full Articulatory Motion". (there's a few other targets also). It was really the only therapy I ever got that worked, but very hard to do all the time.
