This work for me and my gf. She’s never experienced this before and never came across anybody in her life with a disability... least it wasn’t apparent to her until we got together and she saw it from me. Took a few times of her seeing it, me explaining, me asking her to read stuff, check out NSA (national stuttering association) and such... anyway she became my best support after she understood about a week later. She didn’t mean to be ignorant and she apologized... after this, she became my best support person ever.
