Life with a bad stutter is playing life on hard mode. You need to stop comparing yourself with fluent people, because having a bad stutter is quite a disability. First try to do everything you can to reduce your stuttering. If that doesn't work, focus on accepting it and setting realistic goals for yourself. That way you can still feel succesful. I'm in my early 30's now with a (very) severe stutter, but I do hold a steady job and have a girlfriend.
