Stutter ruins my life. Has anyone else been in this phase?

Stutter ruins my life. Has anyone else been in this phase? I just recently realized that all of my problems are caused by my stutter. I am socially awkward, only have a few friends, i am the 'loner' in my class; but the worst problem is that I no longer can work as a cashier, due to my heavy stuttering. I've been visiting a speech therapist for 10 years, but the methods never work in real life. I think that I've reached the rock bottom of stuttering and feel so helpless. Do you have any ideas on what to do? *sorry for bad English
