2nd Sentence is a lie :( I know people who after a speech theraphy reduced their stutter by 99%+. So their stutter is pretty much non existent and they live like this for yeaaaaaars. And (good) speech therapies do work for most stutterers (also the severe cases). I´ve known irl so many successful people.
