Maybe when I'm tired or under a lot of pressure or stressed.. When I'm frustrated about something, and then I'm stuttering - if I'm having a hard time getting something out I might interrupt someone else because I feel like I can say it `at that moment`.. if anyone else understands.. Try to learn to practice mindfulness, just be in the moment. Listen, wait, talk..
