Sorry to hear this, so frustrating for you. I'm a speech therapist working with children and teenagers who stammer, and I know that NHS provision for adults who stammer is really patchy depending on where you live unfortunately. People have already mentioned STAMMA - there's so many resources on there and they have a chat and helpline where you can ask questions. People have also mentioned stammering support groups and meeting others who stammer - hopefully there are some around your area. You may be able to ask your GP to agree to fund for you to have NHS therapy from another NHS trust - Airedale offers this: https://www.airedale-trust.nhs.uk/service/therapies/stammering-services/ There's also an app called Benetalk which gives advice and has some strategies on there - not a replacement for therapy but might be worth looking into if you're waiting for further support. Hope you can get some support soon.
