I don't expose myself to such situations that often, even though i realized maybe a bit late that the best way to stop growing the stutter is actually desensitizing myself by facing those situation that we think we already know the ending. Its kinda like coming out from a vicious cycle or a wrong mindset that feed the stutter. Anyway yeah i should definitely do more and risk more, tips are always appreciated, especially from someone who has experience, also what kind of exercises you were talking about?
