Can a stutterer teach English as a foreign language?

Can a stutterer teach English as a foreign language? In China, Korea, Vietnam, etc. Can an American-born US citizen with a CS degree who is of Indian descent who speaks with a stutter get a TEFL job in China, I guess. I’d say China would be my country of choice.
