Good news mate. It's normal that you're feeling anxious, I've been practicing my stutter by reading out loud and breaking bad habits (Moving your mouth or any part of your body in a weird way while talking, repeating yourself) These bad habits drill into your mind and you start doing them unconsciouslly. Start by trying to erase them slowly like i'm doing. My stuttering has been decreasing, that i can tell you.
