It really hard at first tbh. I think the key is the more you try to talk to girls the easier it going to be. For me after many times I tried to approach a girl, I gain more confidence and spoke more fluently. I know the first couple of time is going to be hard but it will get better. I would also use dating apps too so girls to see what type of person you are and you can fully express yourself over text too!
