Your TRUE you does not stutter (I would love feedback on this from others who stutter) I, as many of you have I'm sure, have noticed that the voice I hear in my head while I think or read to myself, does not stutter; the issue arises when we try to vocalize these thoughts. Have you ever wondered why you can hear yourself talking fluently in your head? To me, this has been very frustrating knowing that I am internally fluent. My explanation for this is that your TRUE you, your soul, is indeed very fluent. I don't mean to get religious in this post, and I don't want it to turn into that kind of discussion, but I believe that our souls are unfortunately encompassing these physical bodies with this specific issue of stuttering. It is not your fault that you stutter. I want all of us to remember that during difficult times, as I know how much emotional stress this can cause us. Just know that although we may have trouble expressing our true selves to others using words in this physical life, I don't think it will always be that way. I hope this helps at least one person today who has been struggling today! Thanks for the read, speak to you soon.
