Hey man thank for your story! I agree that your second method feels a litte bit weird haha, especially when you're talking to strangers. I am not sure if I explained myself rather well, I dont necessarily pronounce words different than other people I just let my mind focus on the sounds rather than saying the entire word at once (my SLP told me i spoke in words rather than sounds) and whenever i feel a block coming i just focus on the first part of the word and the block just fades away. I guess its more of a way to trick the brain than anything else. If i still make no sense let me know and i'll try to explain it more in depth haha. ps; why is it so hard to say our name right? xD
