To my fellow brothers and sisters who stutter. I got some motivation for you. I've been practicing semen retention for the last 15 days and my confidence has boosted is significantly. The reason why I bring this up is because I've come to the conclusion that my stuttering isn't going to completely disappear but I can minimize. I think our fear is trying to get rid of it completely and that's what makes us strive to either hide it or not talk at all. We have the confidence to overcome it. We have the confidence to talk OUR normal way. We need to accept the fact that we're not going to get rid of it completely, but make it our way we talk. Stop trying to pretend to be someone you're not but hiding it and eventually the sutter will have to work for you and not have you work for it. Now this may not apply to everybody and some may even think I am being naive or ignorant, but I truly feel the confidence that we lost due to this disability has always been with us regardless. Our souls is just waiting for us to remember it. Thanks for reading
